Terms Of Service

This End User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Griffin Digital Advertising LLC ("Griffin Digital Advertising," "we", "us", "agency", or "our"), and you ("you," "your," ,"client", or "user"), the end user of Griffin Digital Advertising services.

By using Griffin Digital Advertising services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use Griffin Digital Advertising services.

Griffin Digital Advertising LLC provides a range of Marketing and Advertising services, including but not limited to, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Social Media Management, Hulu Ads, Digital Billboard management, and Creative Services.
Ownership of Creative Works
3. Agency Ownership: By default, all designs, graphics, photography, and creative works (collectively referred to as “Creative Works”) produced by Griffin Digital Advertising (“Agency”) remain the property of the Agency.
4. License for Use: Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Creative Works solely for the duration and purpose of the campaign or service for which they were created. If the client is no longer using Griffin Digital Advertising services, they lose any rights to use any Creative Works for any reason.
5. Purchase of Ownership: Clients have the option to purchase full ownership of the Creative Works. To do so, the Client agrees to pay a separate fee for each Creative Works they want to purchase ownership. This fee covers the transfer of all ownership rights, including copyrights, to the Client.
6. Portfolio Use: Regardless of ownership transfer, the Agency reserves the right to use the Creative Works in its portfolio and for promotional purposes.
1. Limitation of Liability: Griffin Digital Advertising LLC shall not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur from any involvement with Griffin Digital Advertising whatsoever. As a client, you agree to indemnify and hold Griffin Digital Advertising LLC harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with your use of Griffin Digital Advertising services.
2. Attorney Fees: In the event that you attempt to sue Griffin Digital Advertising LLC, you agree to pay for our attorney fees. Additionally, if you fail to pay Griffin Digital Advertising LLC and we take legal action to collect owed funds, you will be responsible for our attorney fees in addition to the funds owed.
3. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
4. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Griffin Digital Advertising LLC and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.

By using Griffin Digital Advertising services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
